Service Description
This year we are proud to offer hockey-specific summer training for players taking part in our summer training programs. Players will benefit from (14) off-ice training sessions that will run directly before their on-ice sessions. This training program is geared towards building smart training habits that players can continue to reinforce throughout their hockey journey. The primary mission of our strength and conditioning coaches is to increase athleticism, promote proper training techniques, reduce injury, and increase strength and durability during competition. Their biggest strength is stimulating a positive training environment that encourages growth. Key areas that will be focused on in these sessions: Addressing muscle imbalances Injury prevention measures Dynamic flexibility and mobility Improve the rate of force production Linear & lateral speed development Energy system specific conditioning Register now to add to your summer training and take your game to new heights!
